The Blackfoot, Stoney and Sarcee took turns eack morning to parade downtown and to line up in front of prominent business places so that visitors could get a close view and take pictures. Each tribe tried to outdo the others in regalia or lack of it. These men are Sarcee and William J. Oliver got a close-up of the man who is wearing only a breech cloth and feathers.
