Gastropod wackestone
Based on Dunham's classification of limestones and depositional textures, this fossil rock is a gastropod wackestone due to its bulk being matrix-supported by carbonate mud while still containing over 10% of carbonate grains, which mainly consist of gastropod allochems. These are distinguishable by the coiled, spiral, and multi-chambered cross-sectional structures of the allochems.
