Isaac and Ida Burkholder family, Alberta.

Front row, L-R: Isaac with baby Clara; Edna; Ida; Gladys. Back row, L-R: Alvin, Velma; Verna; Gordon. Isaac Burkholder, 1871-1949, moved with his Mennonite family from Ontario to Castor in 1906. In 1921 they settled in Didsbury where he worked for the British and Foreign Bible Society (later the Canadian Bible Society). Isaac and Ida retired to Linden, Alberta in 1948.
