We provide small-scale digitization of University of Calgary held items for personal or academic use.

For image and simple text based requests (up to 10 images) we strive to fulfill orders within 10 business days. Other materials, including Audio Visual formats, may take 2 to 6 weeks.

FEE SCHEDULE

• $20/object for digitization handled in house
• If digitization by an external vendor is required, costs are passed along to the requester
• Additional fees may apply:
  • +$40/hour for extra image cleanup
  • +$15/image for rush fee
  • +$15/image for fragile or oversize material

RELATED SERVICES

• Request published, in-copyright, chapters or articles through Document Delivery or your local Inter-Library Loan service
