Sheep Camp on the Chilkoot Pass, Alaska.

Part of collection of hand tinted (colour) lantern slides owned by Constable William Hayward, who served with the North-West Mounted Police in the Yukon. The Chilkoot Pass ran between Dyea, Alaska and Bennett Lake, British Columbia. From the black and white image in E.A. Hegg's Souvenir of Alaska and Yukon Territory (published 1900), page 17.
