Postcard view. Photo number 27. Caption: 'Sarcee Camp, Calgary, 1916, 202 Battalion'. 202nd Battalion, Canadian Expeditionary Force, originated in Edmonton and trained at Sarcee from June to October. They left for England in November and were absorbed by the 9th Reserve Battalion in May 1917. Soldier above and to the right of the word 'camp' with right arm on table and left on his knee is Wilfred Burns Mace. Copied from PD-76.
