St. Mary's rectory and church and Sacred Heart convent, Calgary, Alberta.

Church moved from east side of Elbow River and occupied this site (1968) of St. Mary's Cathedral, on 18th Avenue between 1st and 2nd Streets SW. Tower contained the large bell named 'Alberta Josephine', weighing 800 lbs. Original print at Glenbow (PD-5-736). The original negative for this image is at the Provincial Archives of Alberta. To order reproductions from the PAA cite call number B 3182.
