Charles Grosvenor Ross, Innisfail, Alberta.

Came to Alberta in 1887 and ran stopping house, in partnership with W. Carter, a few miles north of Innisfail. Was town site agent when Calgary-Edmonton railway was built. Built and ran livery stable with D. Lauder, and later built Royal Hotel on same site.
