A.H. Eckford inherited ranch from his father, Major Haldane Eckford in 1896. Ranch purchased in 1914 by Highwood Land Company. Later called the Round Top T Ranch [or Round T Ranch] under owners Harper Sibley and the Roenisch family. Car parked in front. [see Mss. Accn. 2126 and 2232 for further information.]
