Mrs. Charles Walters ready for horse and buggy drive, Nanton area, Alberta.

Note accordian pleated skirt. Charles Walters was an American who moved to the Nanton area at the turn of the century. He later sent to the United States for his wife Lela and son Jesse. For a time he was foreman on one of the Pat Burns' ranches. Later he operated a butcher store in Brooks.
