Rundle Lodge being demolished, Calgary, Alberta.
Cropped version published in the Calgary Herald, September 13, 1973. Workmen finished up with remains of Calgary's first Hospital. The cornerstone and main arch were being preserved in a small park off 12th Avenue and 6th Street SE. Historically minded citizens wanted to keep the building and the trees, which were said to be diseased, from being taken down.
