Dining room protest at the University of Calgary, Calgary, Alberta.

Published in the Calgary Herald, ca. February 19, 1974. Students boycotting the MacEwan Hall cafeteria, at the University of Calgary for the week. Their issues were that they were dissatisfied with the price and quality of food served. The only response to the complaint that 'poor tasting and improperly heated food' (as stated by the students committee) was that hamburgers were to be removed from the menu. Pointing out that they were unable to produce one 'which meets your standards or (ours).'
