Shows the passenger ship S.S. Ascania at steam on the ocean. The Ascania was wrecked off Newfoundland on June 13, 1918, apparently in regular passenger service from Liverpool to Montreal. No lives were lost. Portrait is in the shape of a maple leaf. Original artwork by 'W. H. S. -- O. R.' At bottom: 'For further information and to secure berths apply to Sercombe & Hayes, 9, South Street, Dorchester.'
