Moved with his parents from Bitibug, Prussia to Minnesota in 1872. In 1882 he was employed to drive an oxen train of flour for Fort Calgary, from Fort Benton. In 1890 he and his wife, Mary, ranched on the south side of the Highwood River, across from the OH Ranch. In 1894 he established the River Bend Ranch, a few miles downstream. Weinard later worked as a bartender at the Astoria Hotel and St. George Hotel, and as a steward at the High River Club. Same as NB-9-65.
