Steamer 'Northcote' before Batoche.
Taken during the Riel Rebellion. The Northcote was built in Manitoba in 1874 and travelled mainly on the North and South Saskatchewan Rivers. It was damaged during the resistance in 1885 and beached at Cumberland House in 1886.
