It was the last band founded by Fred A. Bagley who conducted it from 1921 to 1924. George Eltherington led the band until the mid-thirties when H. C. (Wick) Ford took over. The band gave Sunday evening concerts, first at the Grand theatre and later at the Allan palace. It disbanded around Second World War.
