TOWN OF OLDS Aveente BY-LAW 1153-79 A By-law to amend By-law 1110-77 to Regulate Highway Traffic in the Town of Olds. The Council of the Town of Olds duly assembled enacts as follows: By-law 1110-77 of the Town of Olds to regulate highway traffic in the Town of Olds is hereby amended by adding immediately following section 16.03 the following section: 16.03.a. Upon production of any such notice. or tag between the eight and fifteenth day from the date of service of such notice, together with the sums specified in such notice, there shall be added an additional five ($5.00) dollar penalty which upon payment to the Secretary-Treasurer. of the Town of Olds, an official receipt for said full payment shall be issued, and sub- ject to the provisions of this section, payment shall be accepted in lieu of prosecution. 5.03 Where a crosswalk at any intersection is marked with lines no pedestrian shall cross either of the intersec- tion highways within the intersection except within the limits of such marked crosswalk. In accordance with this bylaw and under the authority of Section 144 Highway Traffic Act, pedestrians shall give his name and address to police officer so requesting it. No person shall angle park any vehicle on any street or avenue in the Town of Olds: (a) Of the type that is commonly known as a panel truck; (b) That exceeds 6 m in overall length; (c) Of the type adapted to carry a load and having a box or structure including the contents that exceeds 1.5 m (58” inches) in height calculated from the road surface; 10-1tc The Gazette Robert McKain, R.R.1, Innisfail sold light heifers at $1.07% a lb.
