Park Benjamin Riddell Tucker completed his schooling at Trinity College, Port Hope, Ontario and in 1896 became employee of Dominion Bank, Montreal. In 1907 he came west to Grenfell, Saskatchewan, being transferred to Calgary that year and serving with the bank until 1912, when he moved to Brandon. He enlisted in 1914 and served in France, being wounded in 1916. For his war service he was awarded the Military Cross. He was shot in 1931 by bandits at his bank in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
