Much enthusiasm was shown from the members of the eight teams from Fort Macleod and Granum. The rink of Carolyn Hoglund, Shawn Clarkson, Henry Erdman and Christy Lane came through with flying colors to take the A event and Hoglund Sheet Metal trophy, with second place going to the Michael Hoglund rink. The Granum Treasury Branch Trophy and B event honors - went to the rink of Shane Trotter. Lee Gratton, Heather Collar, and George Wolstenholme, with Kelli Rondeau s rink placing second. Picking up the trophy by the Granum Recreation Board for the C event was Paul DeMaere, * Bobby Bourke, Craig DeMaere and Lynne White with second going to LaRae Jones and her team. The first two teams out were the rinks of Linda Heward and Allen Gales. The prizes were.all purchased with money the. Recreation Board had donated. Drawmaster was Allan Mackintosh and the W.C.C.HLS. mid-term honor roll - With the completion of exams, the Willow Creek Composite High School releases the names of students who have attained, honours standing.
