Spectators at the Sherman Roller Rink fire, Calgary, Alberta.
The section to the left, built of cement blocks, contained two apartments - one for the Turners and one for Mr. Sherman. One apartment was at the front and one at the back. Between the two was the 'fly' gallery where the scenery was housed, below was the stage. The ladder is up to Mrs. Turner who had already been taken out by Mr. Turner. The rink was on the corner of 17th Avenue SW and Centre Street, with its entrance off Centre Street. Same as PD-39-206.
