One of the last cable-tool drilling rigs; spudded February 24, 1947, abandoned November 2, 1947. Located in LSD 8, on 12-30-32-W4. Drilling for gas in the Kamsack field. Old-truck mounted cable-tool rig powered by gasoline motor. This unit has no 'walking beam' but instead a 'rocker carrying a floating or reciprocating sheave.'
