Vance Rodewalt was the political cartoonist for the Calgary Herald newspaper. Issue: Federal politics; provincial politics in Alberta; federal energy policy. A mischievous boy, 'Ottawa', has stacked up chairs to reach the 'oil sands' cookie jar on top of the kitchen cabinet.
