18, Bryantston Street,
Portman Square. W.
June 14th 1875.
Dear Dr Reynolds,
Could you meet me here on Wednesday
afternoon at 3, in the case of a Russian
gentleman who suffers from a somewhat
unusual form of locomotor ataxy?
In case 3 o'clock should not be
convenient to you, would you mention any
other hour, and I will arrange matters
accordingly.
Yours very truly
J. Althams
