Vance Rodewalt was the political cartoonist for the Calgary Herald newspaper. Issue: International relations; fisheries in Canada; fishing dispute between Canada and the European Union. A turbot is chased by a Spanish fishing trawler, which is chased by a beaver, whose jaws gape open.
