Vance Rodewalt was the political cartoonist for the Calgary Herald newspaper. Issue: Federal politics; national unity and Quebec separatism. Jacques Parizeau, a poodle, uses urine to mark his territory on a mailbox labelled 'Quebec minorities', a utility pole labelled 'Bouchard', a tree labelled 'Quebec Anglos' and a fire hydrant labelled 'Canada.' Original cartoon is in colour.
