Robert R. McCrea and family, Fort Macleod, Alberta.

L-R: Ernest McCrea; Robert McCrea; Ellen McCrea. Robert McCrea, born 1862, from Richmond, Ontario, moved to Fort Macleod in 1888. He ran a blacksmith shop in partnership with his brother Samuel. In 1891 he returned to Manotick, Ontario to marry Ellen Bremner. He later farmed in the Rathwell district until his retirement in 1925. He died in 1935.
